Weekend Warm Up

Get your weekend off to a great start with this energetic flow! Class is beginner friendly but will move at a faster pace than the slow flow classes on Wednesdays.

To join class:

1. New students only: Register as a new student;

2. Sign the waiver;

3. Fill out the below form;

4. Pay;

5. Read through the welcome letter, I can’t wait to see you on your mat! Email me, or DM me if you have any questions, concerns, or requests.
